Born in 1961.

Graduated from Leningrad Railway Troops Military Transportation Institute (and Transportation Service), specialized in "Maintenance Engineer of Railway Transport". Served in the Russian Army (the organization of military railway transport). In 2003 retired in the rank of Colonel.

The experience in railway field is more than 30 years. Since 2005 has worked in New Forwarding Company, JSC as Deputy Director for Traffic Management Department (Multi-purpose Rolling Stock), and since 2012 has been working as Director for Operational Work.

In 2009, by the Resolution of the Transport Ministry of the Russian Federation, was awarded a gorget "In Honour of 200th Anniversary of Waterway and Overland Transport Management" badge.
