Dear colleagues,
New Forwarding Company, JSC has been holding the leading positions among private rolling stock operators in terms of transportations of metallurgy and mining industry products, bulk-oils and other cargoes for over 10 years.

We launched our business from the successful implementation of large projects for leading Russian companies. And now, being one of largest domestic freight transportation companies we mostly lead the way for railway businesses as a landmark for other rolling stock owners in terms of our performance profitability and business model generation. The company has managed to achieve this due to boosting its transportation logistics efficiency, implementing flexible pricing policy and optimal use of the competitive edge.

Throughout this period NFC has been reputed to be a reliable partner, providing flexible and effective logistics solutions. The basis of the New Forwarding Company rolling stock consists of open wagons and tank cars. Thus diversified rolling stock fleet allows us to strengthen and widen our presence in two segments at once: in the all-purpose rolling stock transportation market and the bulk-oil transportation market.

NFC belongs to Globaltrans holding company – a leading private group operating in the railway freight transportation market of Russia, the CIS Member States and the Baltic countries. Globaltrans has become the first branch group to own operating asset in Russia and to be internationally listed - since May, 2008, global depository receipts of the group have been listed on the main board of the London Stock Exchange.

NFC has timely and correctly determined its further development priorities – transportation efficiency growth, optimization and reduction of accompanying expenses. As a result, its logistics efficiency has grown significantly, above all due to an increase in the volumes of drive-by-loads and in a number of double-run operations, which, in particular, enabled us to reduce the empty run ratio.

In 2013 New Forwarding Company celebrated its anniversary – 10 years since its foundation. Looking back, we may say that we have passed a long way from a young and dynamic transportation company to the operator holding the leading positions in crucial segments of the Russian railway freight transportations market. And now our objective is to maintain and consolidate the position of the branch leader under any economic development scenario and to ensure long-term and sustainable company growth.
