Born in 1963.

Graduated from Leningrad Railway Troops Military Transportation Institute (and Transportation Service), specialized in "Command Tactics of Military Transport".

Served in the Russian Army. In 2002 retired in the rank of Lieutenant-Colonel.

Management experience in railway field is over 30 years. Since March 2010 has worked in New Forwarding Company, JSC as Deputy CEO for Operations and Commerce, since April 2011 has been working as the First Deputy CEO.

Prior to joining NFC, JSC held managerial positions in Holding Company Novotrans, OJSC.

In 2011, by the Resolution of the Transport Ministry of the Russian Federation, was awarded a gorget "In Honour of 200th Anniversary of Waterway and Overland Transport Management" badge.

Since 2011 is included in the "1000 Most Professional Managers of Russia" list rated by the Kommersant Publishing House and the Association of Russian Managers.
