Globaltrans Group becomes an official partner and co-exhibitor of the Russian Transport Ministry and the Federal Railway Transport Agency Display at Тransport & Logistic China 2012

On June 5-7, Shanghai hosted the 5th Тransport & Logistic China 2012 International Exhibition of Logistics, Telematics and Transport, organized by Messe Muenchen International.

The display of the Russian Transport Ministry and its subordinate federal agencies familiarized foreign partners with the potential of the Russian Federation as the transit corridor between Asia and Russia, our country's accomplishments in the railway industry, cargo transportations and large-scale investment projects having the nationwide significance, as well as the role of large operating companies in high-quality and quick cargo deliveries.

Globaltrans Group, one of the biggest private groups of companies in the Russian railway transportation market, and Council of Railway Operators Market Noncommercial Partnership became official partners and the co-exhibitors of the Federal Railway Transport Agency booth (Roszheldor), being the part of the Russian Transport Ministry display.

Various issues of cargo transportation from China to Russia were considered within the frameworks of the leading logistics exhibition in Asia, as well as peculiarities of updating and construction of the infrastructure, road network update, multimodal transportation development, and also the issues of track gauge differences (1435-1520 mm) within the transport system.

The official delegation of the Russian Transport Ministry, headed by Russian Transport Minister Maxim Sokolov, and the official delegation of the Federal Railway Transport Agency, headed by its Chairman Alexei Tsydenov, took part in the exhibition.

The exhibition became an effective communication marketplace which united managers of transport companies from our country, the CIS Member States and the non-CIS countries, and allowed to discuss topical matters of transportation market development.
